Can I purchase more hard disk space
Yes, you can purchase additional hard disk space at any level. An additional 5 Gig of hard space is $65.66 per month.
What are concurrent users?
Concurrent user is the numbers of users accessing PiCRM within a 24 hour period. The highest number is taken over a monthly billing period. The number of registered users you may setup is unlimited. Web form submissions and any access required from PiCRM is not included and therefore is not included in calculating the total concurrent users.
What is Myob Integration?
With Myob integration, PI CRM can save you time by updating your local Myob Premier with all entered invoices and receipts. Please note you must have the MYOB ODBC connector which is supplied by MYOB.
Can I have more than 100,000 contact records?
Yes, we have databases exceeding 650,000 records with the same ultimate user experience. Call us to discuss your requirements.
What is email integration?
You can link PI CRM to hosted email marketing software MailChimp, enabling you to send email campaigns to all of your contacts, or to a targeted segment of your list. Like PI CRM, MailChimp is fast, easy to use and affordable – in fact it’s completely free if you have less than 1,000 subscribers.
What are contact records?
Contact records are people, registered users, and organizations. It does not include transactions like invoices, quotes, tasks, and documents.
What is transit data?
Transit data is the total data that is uploaded and downloaded each month. An additional 5 Gig of transit data is $45.50 per month. You will notice that PI CRM provides you with a fast user experience. One of the ways we accommodate this is by keeping the amount of the transit data to a minimum. PI CRM even work well on slow internet links.
Can I purchase additional contact records?
Yes you can. On the Lite level you may be better of paying an additional monthly fee of $150 for an additional 5,000 records.
How big will my database grow?
You could expect a database of 11,000 records and 30,000 addresses to be around 20MB which is a fraction of the starting allowance. One Gig is 1024 MB. 20MB is 0.01953GB. You could expect 5,000 – 10,000 word documents to take up 1 Gig. This could vary depending on the length and content of your word documents. It is unlikely you will exceed the database size at each paid level without the storage of thousands of files such a word documents.
Is data backup included?
Yes, we back up your data 5 times per week combined with weekly backups. You may have your data restored for a small fee.
