This is an agreement between a person or the Legal entity that person represents and Pi CRM Software  Pty Ltd, ABN 64 149 316 263  referred to as PI CRM below. Acceptance of the conditions and terms in this agreement is required by Pi CRM Software Pty Ltd before any authorised usage of Pi  Software CRM Pty Ltd software is permitted.

Terms of agreement.

Subscriptions and software usage may be cancelled at any time, to cancel your subscription please email cancellations@picrm.net with your login URL and username.

Money Back Guarantee
You may cancel your subscription. If cancellation occurs within the first 60 days from date of sign up, all monthly fees for this period of usage will be refunded. Sign up is defined as the point of initial issue of login. Monthly fees are the monthly hosting package you have purchased; this does not include professional services unless agreed upon separately.  All subscriptions instructions must be submitted by email to cancellations@picrm.net and must include your login URL, account name and phone number plus clear instructions relating to your account. Refunds will only be made to the card to which the subscription is charged, no exceptions.

Account Levels
The Pricing page outlines the available account options. Each account has restrictions including number of contact records, hard disk space, concurrent users, and transit data.

‘Contact Records’ are organizations, users, and contacts.  As an administrator you can monitor the total contact records in your PI CRM System.

Hard Disk space is the individual or entity total database size including the storage of emails and documents.  As an administrator you can monitor the total contact records in your PI CRM System.

Transit data is all upload and download data to your PI CRM system.  Significant steps have been taken to minimise transit data, how you use the document management system for the uploading of files or the email integration may increase your transit data usage.   You will be notified via email should you exceed your transit data allowance.  Because we have not yet released real time monitoring, the maximum charge for transit data for the first notification will be the price stated for 5 Gig as per the Price page.

Additional hard disk space, contact records, transit data can be purchased at all account levels being Starter, Lite, Plus, Active, and Corporate. Acceptance of this agreement is confirmation that these charges apply if initial Transit Data allowance is exceeded.

Concurrent users are the number of users logged into PI CRM at any one time. Integration with websites will take up one user.  Additional concurrent users may be purchased for $70.00 per month ex GST.   PI CRM will restrict the number of concurrent users to that purchased in the nominated account level. Acceptance of this agreement is confirmation that additional charges apply if the number of concurrent users is greater than the account level purchased provides.

The ‘Starter’ account is free.  For this account, you must ensure you provide us with a valid email address and telephone number.  PI CRM retains the right to terminate any account/login should the required contact information not be provided.  Accounts not accessed for a period of 60 days are terminated unless prior arrangements made and accepted by PI CRM; notification via email is the only method that PI CRM indicates account deletion has taken place.   PI CRM  may choose to delete data of accounts not being accessed; only one user is needed to access the system to keep the account active. Paying clients are not at risk of disconnection provided payment terms are observed.

Payment Terms
By using the Pi CRM Software, you agree with the ‘Terms and Conditions’ and all pricing.  The nominated credit card supplied will automatically be billed monthly as per your usage unless Pi CRM is informed that by an authorised person that the subscription is terminated. Cancellations and credit card updates must be provided at 7 days in advance. Pi CRM cannot guarantee compliance unless the required advance notification is provided. If an account is disconnected due non payment all re-activations must be requested by order form faxed to Pi CRM.

Disconnection automatically takes place 7 days after the nominated credit card payment fails.

All transactions are processed in Australia Dollars (AUD)

Security Policy

When purchasing from Pi CRM your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest 128-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology.128-bit SSL encryption is approximated to take at least one trillion years to break, and is the industry standard. Pricing
It is our goal to keep prices real and provide superior service and delivery. Price changes automatically come into effect without prior notice and the chargeable credit card will reflect any such change. If you have been effected by a price increase and you are not prepared to accept the change you must may email us within 7 days of your credit card process date notifying us that you wish to disconnect your account. PI CRM will automatically refund the difference of the price increase.   By using Pi CRM you agree that your credit card will be processed as per the published pricing.

Data Backups
We back up your data daily and weekly. Should you want your data restored, please allow an hourly rate of $190 ex GST per hour.

Competitors
You are not authorised to sign up to PI CRM if you are a CRM developer or competitor to PI CRM.

Restrictions on Use
You may not remove any of logos from the System.   You agree not to remove any copyright notices.  You are not permitted to resell or re-license PI CRM.

You must not use Pi CRM for any illegal activities.  Your account may be terminated should we suspect PI CRM is being used for any illegal activities.

Demonstration Data
Pi CRM demonstration data available for demonstration purposes only.  We provide no warranties regarding the accuracy of this data. This data is suitable for demonstration of Pi CRM in the sales context only.

Web Services
Pi CRM integrates to other software services and applications not under the control of Pi CRM.  An example is the Contact finder.  We can not provide any assurances or warranties for the accuracy of the data uploaded via this utility form a third party data source.

Disclaimer of Warranties
Pi CRM is provided ‘as is’ and is available basis without any representations or warranties, express or implied.  Pi CRM  makes no warranties of any kind whether expressed or implied and fitness for purpose.  We make no warranties that the service will be available, free from viruses, or software issues.  We make no warranties that the service will be uninterrupted.   You use Pi CRM at your own risk and are solely responsible for any damage to your computer system, any electronic devices, people or anything that Pi CRM may be related with including your business.

No information from Pi CRM or it employees, affiliates, representatives or websites whether written or oral shall create any warranty not expressly stated in the terms.

Limitation of Liability
Neither PI CRM, its Directors, or you   shall not be liable to the other party for any lost profits, lost revenues or opportunities, downtime, or any consequential damages or costs, resulting from any claim or cause of action based on breach of warranty, breach of contract, negligence, or any other legal theory, even if PI CRM knew or should have known of the possibility thereof. In no event shall PI CRM aggregate liability exceed the amounts actually paid by you in the past 14 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

MANAGEMENT PLAN
Ongoing database management of the system is the responsibility of The Pi CRM Subscriber.  Pi CRM  takes responsibility of the overall technical aspects of the system-additional services for improvements to design and other services are billed out @ $140 AUD.

PRIVACY LAWS IN AUSTRALIA
Australia has recently updated it privacy laws that cover database guidelines in relation to the Pi CRM service for externally hosted clients. The general rules are we cannot have access to the information unless authorised by a responsible person at The Pi CRM Subscriber.  The Pi CRM  team routinely manage the resources of many companies across various industry sectors, it is essential to our business that we remain transparent in relation to these issue’s and will comply with all instructions set down by Law or by any of our clients
